Embi Tec is seeking a highly dependable person to fill a customer service and marketing assistant position. Ideal candidates will be well-organized, fast learners with good written and verbal communication skills as well as good listening and phone skills. They should be interested in problem solving and efficient resolution of product issues, and must be able to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) - Data entry - Answering inbound phone orders, taking and confirming orders and sending acknowledgment - Processing fax and online orders, sending confirmation to customer in a timely manner - Servicing existing customers as well as attracting potential customer that call in for product or technical service inquiries - Publishing and maintaining price schedules - Assist in preparation of materials for tradeshow

- Follow up of tradeshow leads with mailing and calls - Supporting sales by assembling quotations and proposals, and making appointments for product demonstrationsJob Requirements:

- US citizen or permanent resident

- Speaks English

- Required Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Completed Associates Degree with courses in biology and chemistry a plus

- Good phone skills

- Computer literacy

  • Marketing experience a plus
